meldas64 FCA64M RS232setting

am a new bee here.
dear friends please me how to do rs232 settings in meldas 64?
this system allow me to set the port only 2 and 3
but device can set 0 to 4

if I select port 2
then input or output it shows the fault
E60 IOP ERR -2( port already being used)

if I select port 3
then inputot output it shows
E01 SETTING ERR

I have checked device n port settings in all the possibilities.

# 6451. bit 5 made 0 and 1
but no use.
please help me how to overcome from this problem .
