Amada Rotary Laser FOM2RI, Problems with structural angle accuracy

We have a FOM2RI Amada Rotary laser in our shop. We are typically able to hold a tolerance of +-.015in (.381mm) on the structural tube and channel that we run in the machine. We are however unable to consistently achieve a tolerance of +-.07in (1.778mm) in the Y-direction when we run structural angle.

We have tried cutting everything as close to the chuck as possible. We have added 4 second delays after all our rotations. And we have tried all different combinations of clamp blocks and material supports. All of these things make the problem a little better but do not come close to assuring the quality we get from any other type of material.

Has anyone else had this angle problem with a rotary laser? HELP!! :mad: :confused:
