Need a good tip to be able to communicate with my Fanuc O-M steering

Hi All!
I'm rebuilding a Takisawa MAC V1E CNC mill with Fanuc O-M steering from 1991.

Like to save all old programs and parameters to my laptop with USB ports and Windows XP.
And in near future upload new programs to the computer.

Next year I hope to be able to make my own 3D drawings with Pro Engineer.
What extra software do I need or is it to much for my old Fanuc O-M steering to understand 3D drawings?

Any tip where to buy a good working kit is very welcome!!!!!
