60-volt Keling servos with 65-volt power supply....no go??
what's up my fellow CNC bro's?!
This should be quick:
I want to run Keling's 350oz. Nema23 servos for my X and Y on the X3 mill. Current setup is all steppers(Keling) with their 65VDC power supply and Keling drivers.. Works great, i just demand more speed and "stop on a dime" movement. I'm going with the Gecko 320X drivers for the new setup...
Should I drop down to Keling's 60-volt power supply for those servos? orrrr would I be pushing it with my current 65V? I knnoooooow someone's gonna say "daaahhhh it's only 5 volts"....but for realz.....yay or nay?
