Metal cutting fluid Cimstar 40 vs 60xl

Does anyone have any experience with Cimstar 40 and 60 xl. We have been running 40 for years. Recently we have come upon a bacteria problem which we never had before. Contacted Cicncinatti Milacron who makes Cimstar 40 and the guy recommends 60xl, says is superior to 40 and won't ever smell. The jury is still out here. The bacteria smell was still present after switching over to the 60 xl so we added Triadine, now it seems OK. Need to order and not sure which direction to go.
