Please Help with CNC losing steps

I have a HobbyCNC boad and I'm using Mach 3.

My CNC is loosing steps! I dont know why. It is working perfectly fine and then it gets like "Stuck" and Mach3 shows that an axis is running but is not, after 1 or 2 seconds starts running back again but it loos alot of steps.

What my be causing the problem? I check the CNC is fine
I check the Gcode and is fine

I even damage 3 pieces testing it and the fixing steps are different on each part. The missing steps are sometimes in X-Y-Z but most times on Y

You're trying to go faster than your motors are capable of. Slow everything down. If it tends to stall in the same places, check for binding of your screws.

are you losing a laptop to run the cnc machine?
