Sounds like you need to re enter the drive parameters. The blue book with the back-up data should have what you need.
Is it possible to get this information via internet?
Thank you!
Is it possible to get this information via internet ? Since we don't have the blue book.
Thank you!
The blue book is the master parameter set that came with the machine. Dosan has a tech that helps people on this site, post your problem in the Dosan forum and he will help you.
Do you know how to reset it to zero?
Thank you.
There are a group of parameters that need set. dhardt is a member here he is a Doosan tech who normaly helps out, he must be on the road. Try to Call Doosan Service if you need to discuss further. EST = UTC-5

Did you replace a battery on a Pro-Motion/Vision drive...? or a Fanuc drive?
If Pro-Motion/Vision drive:
The Blue Book (Usually located in the door's pocket of the electrical cabinet) has a PMC section has a section that describes how to reset Parameter 8 of the drive to tell it what station it is currently sitting at.
The side of the list describes setting Org.S (Origin Set) (but it looks like Or9.5 in it's LED form)
If you have that instruction - follow it. If you don't have it, I will be back in the office (I was replacing a spindle on an H100) in the morning... (973) 618-2461 after 8:30EST
Now it is good but it doesn't clamp , do you know how to make it clamp thank you!
Are we having two conversations?
Is this also the same machine? http://www.cnczone.com/forums/daewoo...selection.html
If these are two different conversations, try following the instructions from the thread. http://www.cnczone.com/forums/daewoo...selection.html
