Lights Out Renishaw Alarms

HI,

I run a 2016 Matsuura 6 pallet machine with a Fanuc 31-i control. It is able to run 18 different programs on the pallets we have in the pool. We have integrated in-process inspection using the Renishaw probe.

Currently if the Probe measures out of tolerance, it throws an alarm and the machine stops. This will not work as we run this machine lights out.

Does anybody have any experience on how to go about continuing to the next part on the pallet, while letting the operator know that something is wrong with one of the pallet faces in the morning when they get in?
