Blank G-Code problem with Draftsight,Bobcad/Cam, Draftsight NEED HELP

Not sure if this is the right place but after 2 days of searching this is where it's going. I just got my robokut up and running. 4x4 table with plasma cutter and my control software is Mach3, I have BobCAD/CAM, my brother owns the software and I really have a dislike for it. Hes trying to learn it. I'm set in my ways and I Run Corel X5, Draftsight, and ACE Converter. Totally new to this. Big problem is When I draw in draftsight(preferred) and open it in bobcad/cam the dimensions are wrong and it generates a CRAZY g-code that is nowhere near the design. I downloaded ACE and it wont generate code from a draftsight file but does ok with some predrawn downloaded stuff. BIG question is where do I go from here? Have my money in the table and it will be a few months before I can swing new software. I think BOBCAD can be a good program but I don't have it at hjome and I'm nowhere near comfortable with it.
