Strange Behavior.
Hi
I just finished assembly my router table, finishing all the wiring, Installed the software (Mach3 VerR1.83.027)
My system is as follow:
3 KL6050 Stepper Drivers Keling Technology
3 KL34H295-43-8B
1 C10 Bidirectional breakout board from CNC4PC
Desktop running under windows XP Home edition
I was able to jog x and y axes, DRO moves, motors moved everything went really well. After trying jog z axes that's when my problem comes up. if a try jog x oy y the router only moves in one direction.
I did this too:
G0Z100 then my z axes moves 100mm DRO shows 100, looks real good!!! then G0Z0 then DRO backs to Zero but physically the X and Y axes moved and the z axes never moved Wrong!!!!!
I've been checking all the wiring and everything look fine. My problem shows up when a start using my third axes......What else could I check???????
