cutter comp in eia program on M32

Hi, first time user. I'm using a Mazak M32 on an Ultra 650 horizontal. I'm running an eia sub out of a Mazatrol program and am using cutter comp on one tool. Up until now this has worked to adjust size but today it would not change size. Program is from CAM system programmed to center of tool so offset in eia/iso info/tool offset page is only the radius value that I want to adjust.
As I said, I have run this and similar programs successfully before so I don't understand why it isn't working now.
