please help mazak vqc 20 nmi emergency stop

I had a short on the solenoid that goes to the tool setter and have it unhooked now, but now I have an NMI emergency stop alarm and machine will not turn on hydraulics or chiller and control will not power all the way up the reset or OT button has no effect , which board turns the PLC on ? The MAR relay isnt lighted either , can someone help ? Also hydraulic pressure is down to about 600 psi

okk can you show me alarm screen ????

it just shows 20 NMI alarm and all you can access is the parameters and tool data ,it;s like PLC isn't turniing on

I do have some asterisk on the tool data and tool layout page
