New to Forum (and CNC machining)…needing some help and likely parts
So I managed to score a DM1007 off an auction, but there are some things that need to be gone through on the machine. While going through things, I managed to dump the balls out of the ball screw nut. I think I managed to find them all. Problem is, when putting it back together, I must have got one outside of the right channels. Now the nut won’t back off. It gets jammed. And I can’t manage to get the pulley off the motor end to just run the nut off that end.
Anybody got an exploded view of the ball screw and pulley so I can figure out how to get it off, or another ball screw and nut?

Re: New to Forum (and CNC machining)…needing some help and likely parts
Remove the two Allen bolts pos 8 which hold the black steel disc pos 6 and remove the disc.
Now you can unscrew the timing belt pulley, it might be hard to get the pulley off as was the case on one of the three pulleys on my DM1007.
It is the fit in combination with the thread causing the issue.
Careful tapping with a Nylon hammer on the (disasembled) ball screw shaft end while holding the timing belt pulley and turning the pulley bit by bit might help to get it off.

Hereby the dimensions I have taken from such a pulley.
Strange enough one of the three pulleys on my machine had a Ø10.1 hole on one of the pulleys.
Ream the pulley before re-assembling so the fit will be okay.
