WINCNC Z axis only travels down HELP?

My Z axis only travels down whether I press up or down. Just started doing this.

Wondering if it would be the stepper motor or motion controller? Could really use some help figuring it out.

I have had my Eagleeye CNC for over 10 years without a problem.
Software Version 2.3.00

using Win CNC... My Z axis only travels down whether I press up or down. Just started doing this.

Wondering if it would be the stepper motor or motion controller? could it be mechanical? Could really use some help figuring it out.
