Hi, I was playing with lazycam but find have too many bugs Maybe I'm wrong. was playing with cambam but the pocket operation looks a lot harded to configurate than Lazycam (in lazy cam you import the DXF go to pocket select the tool diameter press the generate and tharaaaaaaa) . there is any other alternative?

I will use my CNC to do 2D CNC? The pocketing is a must.

I've enjoyed working with Sheetcam as a lower priced option. Have really been impressed with Vcarve Pro but $$$!

In addition to SheetCAM, Vectric's Cut2D is in the same price range, and is very easy to use.

I really like Vectric Cut2D. There is a bundle with PhotoVCarve that I was planning to purchase anyway, so it lowered the price slightly.

I feel your pain, went through the same thing, downloaded just about every trial software on the market, purchased the bundled Cut2d and PhotoVCarve from Vectric last night.
Will lilkely end up with an upgrade in the future but it was definately the simplest to use and worked right out of the gate.
The price the most reasonable I found and every blog on the internet had nothing but good to say about the product and the support.
