hi anybody,
I'm in trouble with a euromac cx 1250 punch press (eurowin software).
I'm going to make nc file by cnckad(metalix) software.
everything is ok except tool change functions. cnckad generates the tool definition blocks like these:
(*T60102 RO 5.4 )
(*T60103 RO 9.2 )
(*T60104 SQ 15 )
(*T60105 RE 3 20.01 )
;DIM 2199.0 312.8 3.0
;PINZE X140 Y840
;TOOL 60102 T 5.4 6MT01
;CARICO XPIN Y336.4
;TOOL 60102 T 5.4 6MT01
but my machine cant translate them and after starting the program, the last active tool begin to works and there is no tool change.
has anybody a post for this type of machine , or at least a sample nc program ?
unfortunately this type of software (eurowin) does not save the programs as .nc format.
