Hi, in my manual I see that I can use the function MSG ex:

M00 MSG (CHECK TOOL!)
NMSG

Instead of getting a pop-up with the message "CHECK TOOL!"
I get an alarm: unusable G code !!

Anybody using this function ?

I think MSG only works on Mills, but I could be wrong

Thanks guys, and Kurmay, I have looked at the Apps, but I have to update from Thinc API 1.11 to 1.15 to get it to work, do you know if
I can do it by myself or I have to contact Okuma ?

Sorry, i don't know. My advice is to ask for help from local okuma dealer.

The MSG function is an option. Think it's like $1000 us, but I could be wrong.
The format you have is correct.
It's only software, so it can be added if you like.

Ok Thanks tea hole, a tech is suppose to come over ( I've been asking it for months..) at the shop to answer
all of my question about the control (advance one touch), so I'll talk to him about it.
