Hi, I am new on the forum,

I do install usb controller on cnc with no problem , but I bought a USB 6 axis controller that the output will close but when it open the relay stay on,

I have connect it like the diagram they have supply...

so the problem if I start output 2 for spindle start it will never close...the relay will stay on, even if I have install diode or resistor...

Any help will be nice, I have 2 usb board ( one 3 axis one 6 axis ) both have the same problem

I did, first thing....they didn't reply, It been one year....I think I will buy A new usb controller...

My I recommend buying quality from a US vendor who stands behind their product instead of the cheap crap from China with no support?

I try to find a US seller for a 6 axis USB mach3 controller and nothing came out...I am using other controller 4 axis they run perfect but didn't find any 6 axis maybe I didn't look at the wright place...If you have a good supplier let me know thanks
