I have the CNC machine OKUMA OSP5000M-G MC-4VB.
I can not install software for the CNC machine because it alarm double memory
Do you have the software and floppy disk ?

Do you mean bubble memory alarm? If that the case, you might as well retrofit or toss the machine. 2500+ for the new ram board, 3500+ for the software, and whatever your local dealer charges to come out with software and load it. Software is machine specific, and that old of a machine would have been on 8" floppy I'm sure.

I have not tape transfer and I don't know it. I can only transfer G code the program from PC to OSP by RS232.
Can you help me the software installation from PC to OSP?

Ok, this sounds strange... but I have some NC-code files generated
by MetaCam but I don't have the PNG or DXF files they were generated from.
Is there a way to generate something like a source DXF
from them that makes sense for modifying the designs?

Simple script in Rhynoceros can draw a tool path from GM code. It's easy to restore model shape.
