    NEED HELP ON MILLTURN WRAP FEATURE

    hi we have a kia 4 axis millturn lathe need help on the how to cut wrap engraving or
    open profile.

    First of all you will need a SW coordinate system in the correct orientation, this has to be utilised in your setup, then a post configured for wrapped features.
    Then as long as your feature is actually considered wraped (the centreline of the edges must pass through the centre point)

    I think to be honest that's more of a 4 axis simultaneous feature

    That's definitely a wrapped feature. I would start by opening the CAMWorks manuals and finding the section of wrapped features. It walks you through how to do things like that. It takes a lot of patience but works well once you have it figured out. If you can't figure something out by reading the manual, come back here and ask more specific questions so we can help.

    i just try to milturn ( on the lathe ) run to ball em wrap simultaneous wrap feature around feature hight light in yellow, i had try wrap engraving and ( open profile ) picking long the edge
    and it not working , cause the wrap it in 3d, i don;t see camworks have that option

    You'll need to do it is a multiaxis feature, with a 5 axis tool path limited to four axis
