    Angry Milling issue

On the file that I uploaded, the top is the only part that I need help with. I am trying to remove about 2mm off the top while leaving the 2 cylindrical parts. I have been trying to figure out how to make the toolpath for it, but it keeps wanting to either mill out the 2 circles, or it mills the whole face down. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Without a part I would say you need a pocket strategy. Make a boundry bigger than the whole part. Select pocket strategy and select the boundry and the two islands for your geometry. You might have to change direction of feed. Make sure the end mill can fit between the islands. If you get stuck, fire back....here to help.
