Mental Block with a Trig Calculation.

Hi to you all, having one of those days where I just cant seem to get the brain working right. could someone please point me in the right direction for the trigonometry formula for finding point B on the drawing. Point A is at X-30.0 Y0.0

I know I have drawn it up on the CAM system and have already got the co-ordinates of point B but just want to find the traditional calculation method too.

    Many thanks.

Re: Mental Block with a Trig Calculation.

Well I haven't been able to post for a few days but can't believe I didn't spot the solution to this straight away. As it happens, I was doing some tip radius calculations on threading inserts when I realised the angle between the A-B line and the X0 horizontal line has to be 4.5 degrees and hence I can work out the position of point B. Having to laugh now that it was so simple and I just didn't spot it.
