Post Mazak M32 Tool Offset Table Type

    Hello again forum,

I want to run the AJV25 machine in EIA/ISO exclusively. Setting the machine tool offset page to Type B (length/wear,dia/wear), and not use any of Mazatrol tool Data at all. I do my programs in EIA/ISO , and can't seem to get the tool offset page under EIA to show the length/wear/diameter/wear table...
After a lot of hunting the internets and re-reading parameter manual, we have
F92.4 - Tool diameter comp type A/B. This does not change the screen from A. I want it B, but regardless of setting its not.
F92.7 - Tool diameter comp in ISO program Fixed/Valid. Couldnt be more confusing. Set it at 0.
F93.3 - Tool length of tool Data valid in ISO. So I set it to 0 because no tool data.
F94.5 - Spare tool selection for ISO. Erm I select the tools, so left it at 0.

Also found this link with pdf instructions but still no luck: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/mazak-...cad-mazak.html

If someone could shine their expertise on this I would be very thankful!

Re: Mazak M32 Tool Offset Table Type

So it would appear this problem is more than parameters...
Depending which of the two Parameter/Option floppies I load last, I end up with either proper Tool Offset Type B page OR 4th axis displayed/functional. I took pictures and compared parameters after each disk, and the only difference was in the G page, which deals with paper punching.
Now I am really lost, and anticipate the dreaded 'no recourse' answer.
