I am currently a Haas Vf2 with 4th axis and a Fadal Vmc 4020 and Haas SL-10 and blasting Cabinet, Using a IR 5 hp 60 Gallon and a kobalt 5 hp 80 gallon and a champion Air drier, and 2 extra 80 gallon tanks located around the shop. And beleive it or not the Kobalt compressor is the better of the 2. We just move our new smaller shop and it does not have 3 phase power, and i knew that when i decided to move.
We are installing a 50 hp rotary converter for the machines,

The big question is do i have to use a rotary on a screw compressor or can i run a static converter.

looking at a 7.5 hp screw compressor.
