Hi All
I am about ready to throw my laser cutter in the trash - My laser cutter had a Leetro MPC03-LV controller in it and suddenly died - I purchased a new controller to swap in and made no difference the machine was not found by my PC. (dreaded PCI connection)

This lead to my purchase of the PH3 usb controller. I installed all the components and the PC has no problem connecting to the machine.

I can move the laser head on X and Y axis with no issues using both the control panel and software on the PC - the laser head fires when the "light" button is pressed. The issue I am having is the laser will not respond to any files - the display will show as though it is cutting and the machine does nothing.

This issue has driven me crazy and any help would be great.

Hello Ferd, this is Nolan from Thunder Laser.
what a pity you can't use your new controller. I have used Leetro, PH and Ruida controller before, you installed all the components and the PC has no problem connecting to the machine, I think the problem is your PH controller. In my experience, PH controller is not very stable, maybe you can connect with your PC, but you really can't input any files to your PC, I have this problem while I use PH before.
so I suggest you should buy a Leetro controller. and it is my guess, I am not sure if you change the controller, then you can use your laser again.
