I am using A KMB1-BX. For G-Code I am using BobCam with the SolidWorks Plug in. It appears as if the BobCam Post is not putting the G-code in the right format for the hurco. In particular when it gets to a G3 with a large arc it fails. I reviewed the sample G-code from the Hurco USA website and noted that on the circle profile there was a bunch more code then when I run it through BobCam. Is anyone using a Cam software with the BX that works well? If so, what program. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

what post processor are you using ? Maybe martin cnc or accurate machine company may be able to advise on what post processor to use, I have converted my KMB1x to Mach3 so never tried to drip feed it G-code, I had read somewhere that although the kmb1x can run Gcode, it is on a limited basic level.
