I have an 8" Tilt and an 8" Standard. Considering selling the standard.

    PM if interested.

If you have the ATC, I would get the tilting version so your tools don't hit it. The 8" has a bigger stepper motor but is also heavier.

So the 8" tilting, even when "up" has enough clearance for most endmills? If so that is what I'll get!

Yes. It has ultimate clearance since it mounts on the right side of the table not the left like the regular 8" fixed rotary table.

Thought I would throw it out there before buying a new one. Does anyone else happen to have a standard 8" they want to sell?

I might have one, but am not too interested in shipping it. Are you anywhere near the Chicago area?

Too bad. I'll try to remember to PM you, but will probably also post here or on the Yahoo Tormach group when I get more committed to selling.

Plus it mounts on the right hand side, so it doesn't interfere with the ATC.

Although at 141 lbs (vs the 94 lbs for the normal 8")... I hope you have a crane in your shop...
