How do you force a pocket toolpath to start at a point?

New to Surfcam, experienced in Mastercam, just getting my feet wet playing with the Demo. I cannot seem to figure out how to get a pocket toolpath to start at a selected point. I can't find anything in the tutorials, but maybe I didn't look hard enough. Can anyone here point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

Before or after you select the geometry you can select the plunge location using the "Plunge" tab.
