I am new in this engraving hobby and need a lot of help.
i started the engraving, but, after 10-20 seconds it is fading.

also, what are the steps for engraving and cutting at the same time?
Step by step instructions please, since this is my first time.

HI THERE
FIRST YOU NEED TO ALLIGNE YOUR BEAM. next you only can do one at the time first engraving then cutting to be selected in the layer menue ( right side it works from top to bottom.)
send me a PM then I can send you picture instruction to align the beam.

Hello, you are new in this engraving hobby, you should ask your supplier for help, I think you can get good after sales service.
actually, you should learn more about how to use the laser machine, we have many videos on our website, but I am not sure whether it can help you.
