I am looking to get a five or six off preferably hunter twenty pattern made and castings poured. I machine and sell corrugated apron pulleys to the textile machine manufacturing community.. At this time I am using a local foundry and their pattern but the quality has deteriorated extensively over the last year or so. The pattern would be for a six inch O.D. pulley with a 1.25 cored hole. I also own my own patterns for a 8-1/4" and a 10-3/4" pulley. Any suggestions as to a pattern shop and foundry in the North Carolina area?
