Gecko G540, the A axis only moves into single direction

The A axis only moves into single direction.
I've attached my settings bellow, when i connect the same motor to any other axis X, Y ,Z it does move into both dirrections as it should.
I've never used this A axis before on this controller so i'm not sure if it ever worked.
I have 2 keys set to move the A axis, "z" keyboard key and "x" keyboard key, and when i press any of them the voltage on pins 6-7, 8-9 does change and of course the're set to move the axis into different directions.
I also replaced pins 8-9 with 2-3 from X axis and vice versus, the issue still reproduces
I can't figure out what's wrong, is it the controller or i have some wrong settings
    Please help, thanks in advance

    is it rotation axis?
    I would check first:
    1. software operator limit
    2. axis continuous rotation setting
    3. tool change condition

The same issue reproduces if i connect any axis of the CNC (X, Y, Z) to the A axis of the G540 controller.
If i already tried setting the A axis in ports and Pins to 2, 3 with the same result, while same settings with the X axis are working properly, can i conclude that the issue i somewhere in the controller?
Could you please provide additional details on how to check the above?

You might not have the direction pin hooked up correctly, or there might be a flaw in your cable. If you're sure it's wired right and the signals are getting through, you might try changing the direction bit to Low Active in Motor Outputs and see if it wakes up.
