Hello Friends.
I have a problem with CPS Control cincinnati arrow 500 3500 FNC, this will exhaust the battery when it was turned off and I lost the data and throws errors when starting the machine.


ERROR: FILE SYSTEM 9063 STATIC RAM CORRUPTERD
ERROR: ERROR 9070 FORMAT DRIVE
ERROR: FILE OPEN FOR 9044 cannont READING MAIN.PLC


AND THEN LEFT IN SIMULATION MODE, BUT LET ME DO ANYTHING FROM CONTROL

I would say that you have lost part of the memory in the control. The memory needs to be replaced. Do you have the software to replace it and the procedure ??? Look at the posts for this same problem.

If you cannot find the information I used to have the same machine with the CT control from Emerson Control Techniques. I have the files to reinstall the firmware into the hard drive as when my machine came to me it had dead batteries in it. The only issue is I am not sure what version of the software I have or whether or not it is the same as yours. My machine is a 1997 model and it worked on mine. I have since retrofit the machine to LinuxCNC and all brand new electronics so It has been awhile since I did this. There is a file that describes the process tho. Good luck. Peace
