    Re: Fanuc 6 problem

    Your three errors can be by following reasons:
    - not set paramettr N003 bit #7;
    - is bad pc-b A20B-0008-0440 system or Ladder ROMs;
    - not connect or bad serial I/O cable (DIO to MB);
    - is bad pc-b A20B-0008-0440 PCB.
    Necessary to check all this.

    Re: Fanuc 6 problem

    double check you didnt knock a plug loose- the DIO cable goes from master to connection unit1 (if you have stacked IO boards, it then loops to the back one) and from connection unit to MDI keyboard connector, then either a terminator plug, or another loop out to op panel IO (last serial device has to have terminator plug). the rear connection unit (if there) is kinda hard to see- make sure the honda plugs are seated- those are the rectangular ones without screws, just clips...they coulda been dislodged when unplugging other stuff if the cables are bundled/tied...

    Main Board you can check so: Set the parameter N003 bit #7 to 0. All your errors must be lost.

    For write CNC parameters in Not Ready state you need following:
    - Press button "Emergency Stop";
    - Switch "Parameter Write" on MB to "Enable";
    - Enter selected parameters.
