CNC has lost its RAM memory. I'm re-entered parameters 9000, data parameters and started the machine. Everything works ok, the machine goes into the zero point is selected tool, and no alarms. Spindle motor is the problem.
When I try to start the engine, typed for example s300 enter, immediately washed up on the screen OT117 SPINDLE OVERHEAT.
The main motor (spindle motor) rotates very slowly and creaking.
The same happens if I change the speed of the gear unit.
I guess that's the problem in a wrong parameter.
Please help.

is there CN3 connected to spindle amp. PCB?
have you enetered PMC keep relay data?

Encoder Spindle speed is ok. Turn the spindle by hand (hand), the display shows the speed.
Before losing RAM cnc worked ok, so I guess there's no hardevrs error.

try parameter 5602 bit 3 (4th from the right) set to one

Here are pictures of the drive spindle motor. There is another problem that interference can be set higher speed of 999 (S999 maximum).
If I type through 1000, (for example s2000) throws an error (error code digits)

here are the parameters that I entered, I tried to change the parameter 5602 and nothing happens, continuous alarm level OT 117th
When I type M 41 or M40 on the screen prints OT 117 (SPINDLE OVERHEAT, the actual spindle speed deffers from the programed speed by
a value which exceeds the limit set by the spindle speed fluctuation detection function.)
