Fanuc 0-M servo amplifier schematic alarms 401,414,424

Hello, I have a Pratt &Whitney Tape drill Senior. I purchased it a few weeks ago. I got power hooked up, but I am getting 401, 414, 424, and 434 alarms. I hit reset the 401 clears out, but the servos will not come on. I checked diagnostic 727. It shows 00010000 improper current. I have checked the 220 volts coming in and used a phase meter to verify phase sequence. It all checks good. Does anyone have a schematic of the servo amp. It is a Fanuc 0-m, one servo amp powers all three axis. My Fanuc manuals doesn't have any electrical schematics. I need to check out the circuit. Any ideas? I also am seeking a diagnostic list so I can rule out any stuck switches. Is it possible my Fanuc memory is scrambled. My parameters look good. Thought about reset and power up to reset. I would appreciate any help.
    Thanks

    alarm 727 - alarm of 7th axis?

    do you have parameters backup?
I'd reload them in this case

It is a Fanuc 0-MB I ordered a servo manual from Fanuc. It came today. I have checked the voltages on the pins of the board. The only pin that is out of tolerance is the 20 volt pin. it checks 23 volts. I have also checked my power cables for shorts. All is good When I power up the control the VRDY stay on for about 5 seconds then it alarms out. I am getting a 414, 424 and a 434. All the diagnostics for this alarm are showing the same 00010000.(improper current). Any suggestions?

try do decouple motor and ballscrew (there is a coupling on motor's shaft)
if problem stays on check encoder
