Dear All
Now we have problem about cnc milling.
This is code show in the machine "EX1160 spindle rotation down alarm"
Please see the attached file.


The problem is....
1.PCB .It short after that it burn.
2We order new part .
3.We put in PCB to the machine araedy.
4.But,On the monitor show alarm.


We look in handbook for help us but,Not have this code (EX1160 spindle rotation down alarm)
We hope maybe you can help us.

Check your 1 amp fuse on the I/O module. There should be a green light on. The first message is a hard over travel and will not let you clear e-stop. Is z-axis actually on the hard limit switch? If not is is probably the 1 amp fuse. The second message is generated by the machine tool builder, not a fanuc alarm. You will have to find the address for this alarm and search it in the ladder logic to find what is causing it.
