I have done the Zero return adjustment for Error EX0296 (224).
But it does not work on this one, So I'v been searching the website for information on (411) after the EX0296. And I have come up empty.
I would really appreciate if any one can help me figure this out.

Might really help to know what machine we are talking about. I'm guessing its a horizontal with that alarm?

Sorry about that, Yes it is a horizontal. Mori Seiki SV-400, the servo amplifier unit is flashing *U and II*

Sv is a vertical. Sh-400? It makes a difference since the horizontals use a Fanuc power mate for the magazines, most of the verticals don't.

Ok, see if you have PMM listed when you press the system key. Some machines had the power motion manager (pmm) and would let you look at diagnostic bits for the ATC through that.

Ok, let me find the parameter for zero return. if the machine won't let you set it normally, you can lie to it and set zero where it is, then index the magazine to #1 and toggle the bit.

I figured out the reason the magazine servo motor was not rotating CHIPS got in between the gears and it was gamed up, cleaned it up did the zero return and and it was all good.
