Machine is with automatic doors

We are getting error "1770 Door interlock alarm" during automatic operation.
(1770-3 & 1770-4)

Sometimes machine work 1 day without problem, now situation is that we get error every 5 minutes.

Already changed:
2 red safety relays in electronic cabinet (KADR & KAMD)
1 big white box (Nais safety relay)

There is limit sw in both door open & close position, and also that "key" box.
When machine is working we have shake all switches but no errror.
Also when checked from I/O, all limits seems to work ok.
Also there is safewty rubber between doors, but its also working ok.

It could be that some limit sw is just "dropping" down for few milliseconds, and its hard to find.

Any suggestion where problem could be?

Probably nais safety relay is bad.

Hi

Nais was already changed as i told and yes, machine is equipped with touch setter.
Actually yesterday workers found cause of error. It was that red door lock box, which locks and unlockcs door.
It was working ok, but if you "knock" box you get immediatly alarm.There was some soldering broken and that was reason.
