    Cutting Issues..

I have a Hugo Hurricane Laser 60w.. all the sudden I'm unable to get good cuts as the laser travels from back of machine to front. So confused on what would cause this the power meter appears to be showing enough power. Anyone know if this is a indication of bad laser tube.

do you mean you can not cut the material through?
or you can cut it through, but the cutting edge is bad?

if your problem caused by alignment.
here's a video may help you check and adjust the alignment:

    Re: Cutting Issues..

    Hey there's many reasons...such like
    1.Water temperature getting hot,water circulate bad(block,leak)
2.On mechanical aspect, working table no flat, laser head clamp bracket loose---cause mirror or lens not fasten inside/focus length change while cutting
3.Optics alignment check one by one carefully
4.Laser tube/power supply problem, aged or broken
