    When I try to convert a gerber file (generated with DesignSparks) into Gcode, I received the following error message

    Does anyone knows what causes this error and how to solve it.

    I found the cause of the problem. In the 'Settings' tab, select 'Bottom Copper.gbr' as the File Manager. Then in the options pane, set ReferencePinGCodeEnabled to False. When opening the file, you get a warning that you will have a problem with aligning both sides of the PCB. You can ignore this warning when you are using a single sided PCB. The conversion now works.
