    CNC3040 help please

    Hey guys.

I had a cnc3040 about two yars ago and worked flawlessly, Due to funds I sold it, now I have acquired another one but for the life of me I cannot get it to respond, I have tried several Mach3 setup files.

Now Its not the connection or the control box (or at least I am sure) as When I do a driver test the motors 'sing'

I am at my end with it any ideas please?

    Hi,
Doing a driver test just merely send pulses through the system, mach3 does not make the machine work.
To do that you need to take mach3 out of reset, that means clicking the reset button on the control screen at bottom left making
it turn from red to green. Now you can manually jog each axis or run a g file or type in a g instruction.
