Hello,

I'm looking for some help with a Saftronics G3u-22P Inverter, this drive is on a Brideport and
as soon as I put a medium load on the spindle the drive faults out with a UV1 - DC bus voltage low. Does
anyone have any experience with these drives?

Has this Drive just been wired up, or has it been running for a while & this just started to happen, You can compare this VFD to the same Yaskawa of that vintage They no longer make the Saftronics Drives

Can you do some photos of how the input power has been wired, is it wired 220v single phase

I'll take some tomorrow, yes it is 220 single. Two of the capacitors blew so I replaced all but the large 375V 1200uf one. Do you
think that could be the issue?
