Hi All,

I am new to this site and was wondering if any body has converted a Boxford VMC to Mach3.

I have been offered one but have not purchased it yet as it has no software or licence.

Any advice would be helpful.

Hi,
I have 5 Boxford ACL cnc lathes with ANC control and I would like to convert to run from a PC using Mach3 also 2 Boxford 125 lathes and a Conect Cadet lathe.
If anyone can convert my ACL then they can have one for free. the one I have been using up to a few days ago has started giving me trouble the monitor has a load of garble on it and I dont know much about electronics I just want the machine working.

Hi Excuse a newbie but I have a vmc190 with software but find it very limited and want to strip out the boxford electronics and install a standard contoller to use with standard software instead of the Boxford software.

Hello, I have just picked up this msge from 2010, and wandered if you wouldn't mind helping me out with a bit of advice on converting my Boxford 190VMC to Mach3
control.
I actually have the Boxford software, which someone gave me a couple of years ago, but I never managed to get it to talk to the machine so I guess it is disabled in some way.

Just picked youe message from 2013, i am enquiring if you got anywhere with your 190 VCM conversion, i just picked one up and want to do a conversion.
I also want info on the spindle motor, what is it, Dc, Servo etc, and how to control it with Mach3.
Any help would be appreciated.
