BobCad v24 Off Set Bit Plunge?

It really shows up on a profile, but I can see it on small pockets as well. But when my bit plunges in, it is always off the center creating an unwanted indent on the side.

I hope this picture makes sense.

The red dot is it plunging directly on the line. It the will move to follow the inside of the line like it supposed to on a pocket. I want it to start automatically on the inside on the plunge, like the green dot.

I've tried plunge, ramp and spiral already and most of the combination on the finish path.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in Advance.

It doesn't do that over here:

If you are seeing that at the controller, then it is a setup or post processor issue....

Attaching a bbcd file and the post processor you are using can help a lot.

    Hi BurrMann,
I don't see it my toolpaths either.
I've tried many setups and right now have set my finish path tool to 0 diameter to skip that step. I think it could be a final pass issue.
I think this file has my previous setups with a finish path around the large pocket.

    Thanks.
