Do you have your mill operational. It's really not that hard to make your own. Pulleys for a novice like me were the most challenging (lathe required). I can share some drawings of the one I have made that works just fine.

That is the issue - Gearbox died due to a cup of gunk in there so it's in bits now.

    HI Vertcnc,
Nice job, I like your styling.
Could I get a copy of the belt drive conversion drawings please?

    Regards,
    Allan.

Has anyone measured the weight difference of a belt driven head with the gearbox removed and if so can you share it with me please?

I don't have the machine any longer, but still have drawings somewhere, stand-by.

Thank you, I appreciate the help.
I am new at the CNC conversion process and I am still trying to get my head around all the modifications. Pictures work well with my type of brain.

    Regards,
    Allan.

I would sure like to get a set of your drawings of the belt conversion parts. I am going to pick up my Enco RF-45 clone tomorrow or first of the week and I will be starting on the conversion parts for belt drive and CNC for sure. I would also welcome any other details on these machines you want to share. I am new to machining and this will be my first Mill. If your still sharing files you can email them to me?

    Thanks
    Mike
