    Belleville spring help.

Hello everyone, like to introduce myself briefly first before asking for help. My name is Daniel and I have 10+ cnc mills/lathes mostly Mori Seiki. Located in southern california and have over 40 years in the business. Mainly Aerospace/commercial.

As for my problem, I had a few Belleville spring washers break on a MV-45. I've tried searching these everywhere with no luck. Looks like the nearest standard size is OD40mm x 20.4ID x 2.5 thick. However, my parts list indicates 40mm x 20.4 x 2.8. I've searched every website and called every place and no one carries 2.8mm thick in that size. Is my only option to have them custom made? Getting the set made is costing around $1,800.00. The set is 126pcs. Would dropping down to 2.5mm thick for all 126pcs and adding a few more washers to compensate for the .3mm difference(37.8mm total missing) be an option?

    Parts list: Main spindle head

    #12, Flush Spring Y73203 1 set, 40mm(1.574in) x 20.4 (.803) x 2.8 (.110)

Any advice or experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
