    Unhappy ADTECH CNC4640

    Hi all,

I was told that Fanuc controllers were similar to Adtech. If so what are there similarities and is there a possibility of interfacing this controller(either Fanuc or Adtech) with a Maho 500C mill.
At this stage I have got 2 working and one semi working Phillips controllers but still having trouble with getting it to work with the Maho mill.
My boss is getting to the stage were something needs to start working the machine and frustration is building.
    Any help will do, please!

    Clive

Adtech controllers are supposed to be universal. ADTCNC-4640 is an example of a mill controller. You can try it; i don't think it's going to be hard to get your machine working. Hardware, i.e. motor drives and external I/O such as axis limits, interfacing is very straightforward.
