Unhappy AC2100:Axis Drive Ready Signal Missing

When we fire up our CINCI Arrow 750 with AC2100 control, it goes all the way through the axis alignment, then the last thing when the spindle is rotating for it's alignment the machine locks up and spits out an alarm. Axis Drive Ready Signal Missing, Input CR_axes rdy(100:00/32) is off. I could really use some help and thanks in advance.

Mike is correct, you need to open the back door and look at the lights on the black drives at the bottom of the panel. The red light on the drives for under voltage is normal after the drive power is removed. You need to look at the spindle drive which should be on the right and see what lights are on.

If we are to help you, you need to follow up and get back with us!!!
