    2122 Turret Alarm

    We are currently getting:
    "2122 Turret Control Unit Alarm"
    "Check Servo Control Unit in Control Cabinet"

    It is only happening on T2 of the lower turret.
    I moved that tool to T4 just to keep the job running, but I really need to get this figured out.

    If you checked the servo...what alarm did it give?

    It wasn't showing an alarm.

    Did you check the alarm history?
    it is likely that the tool in position 2 made the turret out of balance
    If the problem pops back up with the tool in position 4, we can troubleshoot...if no re-occurrence then unbalanced turret is likely the cause.
