We supply processes for high-volume production based on FM manufacturing modules. These systems combine highest precision with high productivity and reliability, even in difficult-to-machine cast iron and steel alloys.
The FM 3+X is the best-selling model and first choice for small and medium-sized components made of light metals and steels.
Thanks to dual axis drives and hydrostatic ram, the FM 3+X hd is the best solution for heavy machining processes in steel, forging, casting or other difficult materials.
The generous and extremely stable design of the FM 4+X hd guarantees the best performance for medium and large components, even in difficult-to-machine materials.

The PKM from ELHA-MASCHINENBAU closes the gap between classic machine tools and conventional arm robots. The solution offers a high degree of flexibility and can be integrated into other production lines. A large working area and extreme speed are the main features of the PKM. This was developed in collaboration with our partner Cognibotics.
